Logic of Science provides charting and assisted-reading tools for traditional Chinese metaphysics (Four Pillars, Qi Zheng Si Yu, Liu Yao). Some features require signing in with Google.
2. Nature of content and disclaimer
All content is generated automatically by software from traditional cultural rules, for cultural study, learning and entertainment only. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, relationship or any other advice, and results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate;
Do not rely on results as the sole basis for major life decisions. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, and we are not liable for any decision or action you take based solely on a result;
We strive for accurate calculations and a stable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Account
Sign-in is handled by Google. Please keep your account and device secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. If someone else uses your account, handle it in your Google Account and sign out.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the app to create, copy or spread content that: violates the constitution, laws or regulations; endangers national security, leaks state secrets or undermines national unity; harms national honor or interests; incites ethnic hatred or discrimination; promotes cults or superstition or disrupts public order; spreads rumors; spreads obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent or terrorist content or incites crime; insults or defames others or infringes their lawful rights; or is otherwise prohibited by law or regulation.
You must not use the app's results as a basis for any illegal or non-compliant activity, including but not limited to predicting stock or securities markets, giving financial investment advice, spreading securities trading information, or gambling.
You must not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the app, our servers or our network, or use the app to infringe the lawful rights of others.
5. Intellectual property and protection of rights
All rights in the app's software, algorithms, rule sets, data, text and interface design, including ownership, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property and lawful rights, belong to us and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws, regulations and international treaties;
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning and consultation only;
Without our express written authorization, no one may, for any purpose, provide, disclose, copy, sell, rent, license, transfer, publish, distribute or otherwise exploit any content, data or service of the app to any person or entity, mirror, host or resell the service on servers or platforms we do not control, or reverse engineer, decompile, crack or tamper with the app;
For breaches of this clause or malicious use of the app, we will pursue compensation and other legal liability under applicable laws and regulations.

Our not acting immediately does not waive any of our rights;

As the business develops or laws change, we may adjust, suspend or end parts of the service and may amend these terms, publishing the latest version in the app or on this page, which counts as notice to you. If you do not accept the amended terms, please stop using the app; continued use means you accept them.
9. Governing law and disputes
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the law of the place where we (the operator) are located; where the law is silent, commercial or industry practice applies. Disputes arising from these terms or the use of the app should first be resolved by friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction at the operator's domicile. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
